Directions For CytoCarb II: Blend 4 scoops into 8-12 ounces of your favorite water, juice or milk. For even better results, mix with legendary Muscle Milk®.
On workout days, mix 4 scoops into a beverage within 60 minutes after workouts, during the "Golden Hour" of recovery. Take another dose with or between meals.
On non workout days, mix 4 scoops into a beverage with or between means, twice per day.
